This game was created for the LowRez Game Jam 2023. I've done this Jam twice before, but this time I wanted to focus on a game that was much more heavily writing based and with some story. Arguably, the actual game part is minimal, but I mostly wanted to make something that generated small and somewhat pointless, though sometimes unexpectedly clever, poems. And I think I accomplished that goal well.

I did add far fewer features to the game than I wanted to. My overall goal is to add more choice in making the poems, so rather than just entirely randomly generated, to give the option of selectively generating new words given what is initially created. I hope to add this in later. I am also considering adding some visual based on the poems created, but I am not yet sure what that would look like.

While I like this Jam, I just wasn't really motivated to work on it this year. So I left everything to the last weekend, which made it more difficult to complete. It also left me less time to bug check it. I know that there is one issue where sometimes with longer words they will go off the page. That is something I will work on after the jam.
